Roadmap

The goal is to get a working product in front of paying customers as fast as possible, then grow from there. Three MVPs are planned today, and more may be added as the product matures.

The three MVPs​

    Get a working product live with minimum viable features.

MVP 1: where the build stands​

MVP 1 is delivered in five phases. Each one ends with a concrete deliverable, and the tracker below shows real progress.

  1. Phase 1: FoundationIn progress

    Get the project properly set up so development can move fast without technical debt.

    Tasks and deliverable
    • Set up repositories and branching strategyvora (code) and vora-ops (deployments), pull request flow

  2. Phase 2: Data IngestionNot started

    Get the 4 core data sources ingested, normalized, and stored reliably.

    • Build scrapers for FinCEN, CFPB, OCC, and Federal Reserve
    • Normalize raw data into the unified Vora schema
    • Set up scheduled ingestion jobs
    • Validate data quality and completeness

    Deliverable: All 4 sources ingested, normalized, and queryable in the database.

  3. Phase 3: APINot started

    Expose the data through a clean, usable API.

    • Build core endpoints (search, entity lookup, enforcement actions)
    • Implement key-based authentication
    • Basic rate limiting
    • Basic search and filtering

    Deliverable: A working API a developer can authenticate against and query real data.

  4. Phase 4: Billing & DocsNot started

    Make Vora a real product someone can sign up for and pay for.

    • Integrate Stripe for subscriptions
    • Build sign-up and API key provisioning flow
    • Write core API documentation
    • Developer onboarding flow

    Deliverable: A customer can sign up, get an API key, and be charged.

  5. Phase 5: LaunchNot started
